How do I change my VPN password?

  1. Open our website by using this link: HotBot VPN
  2. Log in to your account by clicking "Login" on the top right of your screen
    • If on mobile, tap the "Hamburger" menu on the top right. Then tap "My Account"

  3. Locate "Send Email" and press it.

  4. Check your email. (the one you used to login)
    1. Check your spam/junk folders. If the email doesn't show up, wait, or try again.
    2. Check that your HotBot VPN username is a valid email address. If not, then you should create a new account with a valid email.
  5. We’ll send you an email with a link to change your password. 
  6. Click the link and follow the steps to change your password.
